A proposal for
Talent Transformation.
Two development tracks — a short-form intensive and a twelve-month engagement — built on individual measurement, not one-size-fits-all training.
Training is not a human-resources checkbox. It is a growth investment, measured, reported, and held to account.
Across every level, two challenges have become structural rather than incidental.
Technical Skill Outpaces Professional Behaviour
Across levels and functions, technical competence is what people are hired and promoted for. The professional behaviours that determine day-to-day performance — communication, ownership, judgment under pressure — are rarely measured or developed with the same rigour.
One-Off Training Rarely Changes Behaviour
A single workshop raises awareness for a week. Lasting behavioural change requires repetition, feedback, and re-measurement over time — a cadence most training calendars are not built to sustain.
Two programs. One methodology.
WorkOnProgress proposes two programs, sharing the same individually-measured methodology at two different depths of engagement.
The Sprint
A focused, in-person intensive for a targeted cohort or moment: professional readiness built and measured in a single sitting.
The Journey
A sustained twelve-month track, one module every two months, individually calibrated, for lasting, organisation-wide behavioural change.
The LMDR Framework.
A four-stage cycle that repeats every two months across the full twelve-month engagement.
Listen
Discovery sessions map organisational culture, behavioural expectations, and professional gaps within existing teams before any module is designed.
Measure
A psychometric profile — curated using Colours, Gallup StrengthsFinder, and Type-based tools — combined with an AI-powered conversational assessment.
Develop
In-person modules constructed around each participant's starting point. Six modules delivered per year, paced at two-month intervals.
Report
A post-module AI assessment follows every session. At year-end, an Individual Growth Report and an Organisational Insights Report are produced.
A short format. A complete cycle.
Compressed into 3–5 days on-site, but still carrying a full measure-deliver-report cycle.
Needs Analysis
A short discovery call with leadership maps the cohort, the occasion, and the behaviours to prioritise before the sitting is designed.
Baseline Assessment
Each participant completes a psychometric profile and an AI conversational assessment ahead of Day 1, establishing an individual baseline.
The Sitting
3–5 days of in-person, facilitator-led sessions, structured exercises, and applied practice, paced to the cohort in the room.
Live Calibration
Facilitation adjusts day to day as participant baselines and in-room dynamics surface; no two sittings run identically.
Post-Assessment
A closing assessment measures movement from baseline for every participant, individually and as a cohort.
Readiness Report
An Individual Readiness Report per participant and an Institutional Batch Report are delivered to leadership.
No two participants proceed through
the same journey.
The program adapts to the individual, not the reverse, across a full twelve months.
Needs Analysis
Discovery with leadership. Culture, behavioural expectations, and recurring gaps are mapped before any module begins.
Pre-Assessment
Psychometric profile combined with an AI conversational assessment. A participant report and a leadership report follow.
Lifecycle Plan
A personalised twelve-month learning roadmap is constructed. No two participants follow the same path through the program.
Module Delivery
One module every two months, facilitated in person, six modules across the year, each with structured exercises and reflection assignments.
Cyclical Re-Assessment
An AI assessment follows every module to measure growth from baseline and inform how the next session is approached.
Year-End Report
An Individual Growth Report per participant, together with an Organisational Insights Report covering cohort-level trends.
Deep coverage. Two audiences.

Simple terms.
What happens if an employee exits mid-program?
The individual lifecycle is paused. Replacements may be onboarded at an adjusted starting point. Fees are not forfeited for exits outside the organisation's control.
Can modules be adjusted once running?
Yes. Every post-module assessment includes a recalibration window; the User Lifecycle Plan is a living document, updatable at any module boundary.
How exactly is AI used in the assessments?
Participants complete a guided, adaptive dialogue — not a chatbot or standardised quiz. The output is a written, interpreted report, not a raw score.
Who facilitates the in-person modules?
Our Consultant Trainer leads facilitation personally. Senior team members support remote modules.
The next training program could make all the difference.
A measurable, individual-level development program for the people who will determine the organisation's next decade.
